The firm has included a number of key associates over the years, including David Penner, Architect; Affinity Architecture Inc.; Manasc Isaac Architects; and Lawrence Bird. Comfortable in both private and public sectors, we work frequently in collaborations and joint ventures with professional peers and allied disciplines.

We are adroit at drawing on the skills of our consultants in the design and construction industries, and can administer projects that run a full range from conventional CCDC contracts to turn-key design-build projects.

Proprietor and Design Principal, Richard Prins is originally from Toronto and holds a professional architecture degree from the University of Manitoba. He is a member of the Manitoba Association of Architects (MAA) and the Architectural Institute of British Columbia. Richard is also a current member of the Practise Committee of the MAA, the body responsible for maintaining professional standards in the province of Manitoba.

Richard also has an active life in sports and athletics, coaching and  refereeing throughout the year for the Manitoba Soccer Association.

We are a multi-functional design firm with experience in institutional, residential, and commercial work dating back to 1985. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, we bring decades of experience to the table, considerable hands-on skills, and a creative design sensibility. Our firm offers a full range of design consulting services, as well as spatial analysis, feasibility studies, and building assessments.
