St. John's Exchange
This project repurposed a heritage telephone exchange building for social housing. It required an inventive re-thinking of the old spaces. While the apartments we inserted into the building were fresh and contemporary in nature, our respect for the existing building won us a 1992 Heritage Winnipeg Preservation Award.
