We have created a number of proposals and visions of future projects for clients, design competitions, and in response to calls-for-ideas.
James Avenue Pumping Station
This was one of several ideas submitted for re-purposing Winnipeg's old pumphouse on the Red River. We imagined the building revitailized through conversion to a restaurant, designed in playful reference to the original industrial architecture.
Barbara Mitchell Multi-Family Resource Centre
As part of the design process for this project we prepared numerous studies and explorations of possible building layouts and material palettes. Digital modelling and rendering were a central part of this process.
The Peguis Recreational Complex Proposal,completed in 1998 for the Peguis First nation, was organized on site, to respect the current baseball playing fields to the north west and maintain the vehicular parking areas adjacent to existing road access.

Peguis Recreational complex Centre
We completed the preliminary design proposal for a new recreational complex, for the Peguis First Nation. The complex included a gymnasium and indoor swimming pool component, along with communnity offices to support the recreational progamrming.
